Quinta do Rochinho is the controller for inquiries submitted through this website.

Data, purpose and legal basis

We process the fields you choose to submit: name, email, horse of interest, message and, when added, country, equestrian experience, goals, timeframe and preferred price range.

The information is used only to respond, prepare a dossier, assess whether to continue the conversation and arrange a visit. Processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you request and the legitimate interest in managing incoming inquiries. There is no automated advertising, sale of data or automated decision-making.

Hosting and retention

The website and form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms; correspondence then uses the configured email provider. Inquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the last contact. Transaction records are retained only for applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD. We may verify identity before responding in order to protect your information.
